Privacy

How we handle your information.

Last updated 3 August 2026

Who this covers

This policy covers staycationinternational.com and any enquiry you send us through it. It does not cover the separate agreement signed by owners who go on to work with us, which sets out its own terms.

What we collect

  • When you book a call. Your name, email address, timezone, anything you write in the notes field, and any guests you add. Bookings are handled by Cal.com, and the appointment is written to our calendar in Google Workspace.
  • When you email us. Whatever the message contains, held in our Google Workspace mailbox.
  • When you browse. Standard technical information such as approximate location, browser and pages viewed, if analytics are enabled.

We do not ask for financial details through this website, and we do not collect them here.

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry, to hold the call you booked, and to follow up about it afterwards. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for marketing.

Who else can see it

Only the services we use to run the business: Cal.com for scheduling, Google Workspace for email and calendar, and our website host. Each of them holds it under their own terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted within twelve months. If you become a client, records are kept for the life of the engagement and a period afterwards, as set out in your agreement.

Cookies

The site itself sets no tracking cookies. The booking calendar is embedded from Cal.com and may set its own cookies when it loads. If analytics are enabled, those set cookies too.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@staycationinternational.com and we will action it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
