What these terms are

These cover your use of staycationinternational.com. They are not the co-hosting agreement. That is a separate document, signed before any work begins, and it governs the working relationship.

What the site is for

It describes our service and lets you book a call. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, or a contract, and nothing on it commits either of us to anything.

Accuracy

We keep the site current, but service details can change. What applies to you is whatever is written in your own agreement and proposal, not what is written here.

No advice

Nothing here is legal, tax, regulatory or financial advice. We do not advise on licensing or tax. Where those questions come up we will point you to someone qualified to answer them, and a referral is not advice.

No performance promises

We do not promise a revenue figure, an occupancy rate, or any particular result. Short-term rental performance depends on the property, the market and conditions none of us control.

Booking a call

Booking is free and puts you under no obligation. Please give accurate contact details so we can reach you. You can cancel or move the call from the confirmation email.

Our content

The text, images, logo and design on this site belong to Staycation International. Please do not reproduce them without asking. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to say which platforms we work with.

Where we link elsewhere, we are not responsible for what sits at the other end.

Availability

We aim to keep the site up but do not guarantee it is always reachable or error free.

Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top tells you when they last did.
